The birth of Jesus Christ is the reason we celebrate Christmas. He is our precious and glorious gift! The wisemen brought the baby Jesus gifts of gold, frankincense and myrrh. God also has gifted us with his Holy Spirit who helps us follow God’s direction, gives us peace and other gifts, helps us understand scripture and so much more. All these are the work of one and the same Spirit, and he distributes them to each one, just as he determines."
